This initiative aims to broaden access to real estate investments beyond traditional ownership models.
Breakdown of investment:
These units offer varying levels of investment and corresponding daily profits, with a commitment period of 40 days, after which investors can choose to renew or upgrade their investment units.
Unit 1, $10: With a single investment of $10, you will earn a daily profit of 3.75% which is equivalent to $0.375. This unit runs for only 40 days, after which, you are expected to either renew the unit or upgrade to another. After 40 days, you are to get a total return of $15.
Unit 2, $20: This investment of $20 will earn you a daily profit of 3.75% which is equivalent to $0.75. This unit runs for only 40 days, after which, you are expected to either renew the unit or upgrade to another unit. After 40 days, you are to get a total return of $30.
Unit 3, $40: This investment of $40 will also give a daily profit of 3.75% which is equivalent to $1.50. This unit runs for only 40 days, after which, you are expected to either renew the unit or upgrade to another unit. After 40 days, you are to get a total return of $60.
Unit 4, $50: With a single investment of $50, you will earn a daily profit of 3.75% which is equivalent to $1.875. This unit runs for only 40 days, after which, you are expected to either renew the unit or upgrade to another unit. After 40 days, you are to get a total return of $75.
Unit 5, $100: A $100 investment gives a daily profit of 3.75% which is equivalent to $3.75. This unit runs for only 40 days, after which, you are expected to either renew the unit or upgrade to another unit. After 40 days, you are to get a total return of $150.
Unit 6, $200: With a single investment of $200, you will earn a daily profit of 3.75% which is equivalent to $7.50. This unit runs for only 40 days, after which, you are expected to either renew the unit or upgrade to another unit. After 40 days, you are to get a total return of $300.
Unit 7, $500: Investing $500 will earn you a daily profit of 3.75% which is equivalent to $18.75. This unit runs for only 40 days, after which, you are expected to either renew the unit or upgrade to another unit. After 40 days, you are to get a total return of $750.
Unit 8, $1,000: With a single investment of $1,000, you will earn a daily profit of 3.8% which is equivalent to $38. This unit runs for only 40 days, after which, you are expected to either renew the unit or upgrade to another unit. After 40 days, you are to get a total return of $1,520.

Referral Commission for a new member is 4% and the rebate commission is 1% for only first level of referral.
Example: if A refers B, A should get 4% of which ever Unit B bought.
Rebate example: A will get 1% of B daily profit return

You will not be able to place withdrawal until your account is verified.
Minimum withdrawal is 3 Dollars.
There is no processing of withdrawals during weekends.
Withdrawal fee is 10%
